As soon as your order reaches the stage where it is nearing completion, rest assured we will call you and let you know without delay. Giving you as much notice as possible gives allows us to perform the installation with a minimum of disruption to you and your household. It also provides notice to you should you be intending to pay the balance of the order by cheque or EFT which can sometimes take several days for the funds to clear in our account. We'll be excited and we know you will too!
Finally one or more of our expert and experienced installers will be at your doorstep - The big day has arrived!
Rest assured, our installers are not only experts in window treatment installations, taking the utmost care with their work; they are also very polite, and friendly - So do not hesitate to ask them 1001 questions if you have them. Also, they will explain to you what they will be doing before they do it, so you understand all aspects of any changes they make to your property.
Don't dare say it to their faces, but our installers have a tendency to be overly neat and tidy about their work so you need not worry about any mess being left behind.
Your curtain treatments have been expertly installed, they look fabulous, and you've made a new friend of the installer who has left his card with a sincere request that should you have any questions or problems with your new curtain treatments that you should call.
